Terms and Conditions

Kangaroo Island Online

These terms and conditions are binding on you when you purchase products from Kangaroo Island online. No other terms and conditions will apply unless we agree in writing.


‘Agreement’ means an agreement between you and Kangaroo Island online to supply products.

‘Contract’ means an agreement bound by the Terms and Condition to purchase and sell products.

‘Delivery Address’ means the address to which the products are to be delivered as stated on the Order.

‘Delivery Fee’ means the fee payable to Kangaroo Island online for the cost of delivery and handling of the products to you.

‘Products’ means products described in an Order.

‘Order’ means an order by you to purchase products from Kangaroo Island online.

‘You’ or ‘Your’ means you as our customer as identified in the information compiling your order.


2.1 Terms and Conditions

Any agreement between you and Kangaroo Island online for the purchase of products will incorporate these terms and conditions to which you agree to be bound. Each time you order products from Kangaroo Island online a new and separate agreement will be created.


Upon forwarding our acceptance to you online, a contract to purchase and sell the products shall be formed and such contract shall incorporate these Terms and Conditions.


3.1 Information to be provided

Kangaroo Island online requires information relating to a contract and delivery information to enable us to fulfill your order. You must provide all information sought by us before placing an order to purchase products from Kangaroo Island online. You warrant that all such information and data provided by you to us is accurate, complete and up to date. If there is any change to this information or data it is your responsibility to immediately notify us of such change.

3.2 Sharing Your Information

To enable us to provide the delivery service you agree and accept Kangaroo Island online may need to pass your private information such as your name and address to all of those involved in providing the product to be delivered to your agreed address.

3.3 Direct Marketing

You may permit us from time to time to provide you by email or post direct marketing offers by ticking the appropriate box.


4.1 Placing an Online Order

You place an order to purchase products from Kangaroo Island online when you press the “SUBMIT PAYMENT” button then paying by your credit card. If we accept your order, we will do so by notify you online.

4.2 Acceptance of Orders

Kangaroo Island online does not necessarily have to accept any order once submitted to us and reserves the right to reject any order.

4.3 Out of Stock Goods

If any item which forms part of your order is out of stock, we will endeavor to contact you to seek your instructions to accept a substitute item. If we cannot contact you then your order will be deemed to be modified to allow us to supply a product of similar value. If no substitute is available a credit will be applied to your account to be redeemed in your order next. If you elect not to receive a substitute product you will need to advise us at the time of placing your order.

4.4 Cancellation

Orders accepted by Kangaroo Island online cannot be reversed.


5.1 Delivery Address

We can deliver to almost anywhere in Australia. However you must provide us with a delivery address which is accessible for our delivery service.

5.2 Delivery of the Goods

Kangaroo Island online will arrange for delivery of the goods to you. A delivery and packaging fee will be charged in an addition to the cost of the goods. Kangaroo Island online dispatches products from the Adelaide Central Market, on Monday and Tuesday weekly excluding holidays or special circumstances.

5.3 Deemed Receipt of Goods

We may leave the goods at the delivery address, with any person or such person deemed to be authorised to receive the goods. If no-one is present at the delivery address to accept the goods and no further instruction were given the products will taken the nearest Australian Post Agency.

5.4 Late Delivery

Kangaroo Island online will make all reasonable efforts to have goods delivered to you within a reasonable time, but we shall be under no liability for any delay that is out of our control.

5.5 Risk

The risk in any goods purchased shall unless otherwise agreed in writing be passed to you the purchaser.

5.6 Delivery packaging

Upon payment we will package the product/s in a sealed container and it will be forwarded on to the address that is supplied. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the product/s arrive at the delivery address nominated in good and edible condition. Refrigerated goods will be packaged in a polystyrene box with gel ice bricks.

5.7 Cost of delivery

The package will be sent by Post and the costs of delivery will be calculated and determined by the area/region that was nominated for delivery.

6.1 Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods delivered to you, then you should contact Kangaroo Island online within 24 hours of receiving the goods and we will assess your request for a credit or refund of the purchase price.


The contract between us and you shall be construed and to be enforceable in and according to the laws of the State of South Australia.​
